What garden styles can I choose from?
We offer 50+ unique garden styles, including Japanese Zen, Mediterranean, Modern Minimalist, Tropical Paradise, and more. You can experiment with different styles to find the perfect look for your garden. We've also recently added a second AI model to choose from.
Do I need any design experience to use the AI Garden Planner?
No design experience is necessary! Our platform is user-friendly and designed for everyone. Just upload a photo and select your desired style—the AI does the rest.
How much does the AI Garden Planner cost?
We offer both a 'Pay As You Go' Plan, as well as a Subscription. Pricing details are available in the pricing section above. You can choose between monthly or yearly subscriptions, with discounts available for yearly plans.
Can it make localized recommendations based on my garden?
Our AI Gardening Advisor uses your provided location to generate a personalized garden plan. It works regardless of where you live. For our image generation tool, we use multiple models to train on the structure of the garden and the style of the garden.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through your account billing page. Once canceled, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I use the designs for commercial purposes?
With our Business plans, you receive a commercial license, allowing you to use the designs for professional projects or business purposes without any watermarks.
Can I easily download the AI designs?
Yes, we provide a 1 click .zip file download. Each project also allows you to categorize designs by favorited or trashed.
Do you offer refunds?
In general, we cannot offer refunds for any payments made due to the high cost involved with generating AI images. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period. If you are unsure we recommend you first try with the pay-as-you-go plan.
What is the AI Plant Advisor?
Our AI Plant Advisor is a smart recommendation system that creates personalized garden plans based on your location, climate zone, gardening goals, and preferences. It provides detailed growing guides, maintenance schedules, and care instructions for each recommended plant, ensuring your garden thrives all year round. Each garden plan costs only 5 Generation Tokens.
What are Generation Tokens?
Generation Tokens are the currency used to generate AI garden designs and allow you to use the AI Plant Advisor. You can purchase Generation Tokens in a pack of 25, or get a subscription. Each image garden design costs 1 Generation Token, and each custom plant recommendation plant costs 5 Generation Tokens.
