We do not claim horticultural certifications or third-party credentials that are not publicly verifiable. Plant-specific and zone-specific recommendations are checked for practical details such as sun exposure, mature size, hardiness, and maintenance trade-offs before they are published.
How we review garden-planning content
- Practical first: recommendations must help a gardener make a real decision, not simply repeat generic AI phrasing.
- Specific details: plant and layout advice should include constraints such as sun, water, space, zone, maintenance, or budget when those constraints affect the recommendation.
- No fake authority: we do not invent reviewers, certifications, field trials, ratings, or citations. If a page needs a source list, the citations must point to real sources.
- Clear updates: when pricing, product features, or gardening guidance changes, we update or remove stale copy instead of letting old advice linger.
